My journey began in 1999 when I chose to pursue my dreams of having my own company. MCG started strong and reached a pivotal turning point for the better when we decided to offer ERP solutions to our clients. We teamed up with world-class publishers such as Infor and SAP. And we never looked back. In 2009, to keep the diversification of the company flowing, we became a Premier Managed Services Provider.

With over 30 years of experience, I provide business software solutions to our customers, as well as serving as a Michell Consulting Group business partner. I enjoy using solution development, account management, and ERP implementation to keep your machines in line.

As the Senior Business Consultant and vCIO at Michell Consulting Group, I serve as the technology adviser for organizations. For close to three decades I have been providing network security solutions, proactive technology support and software line of business applications (ERP solutions) to professional organizations that help those companies thrive.

I need to understand what the success goals of an organization are before looking at any “one” technology solution. With the exponential growth of how technology shapes our world it is important to address the added risks to a business by not proactively managing their network. Technology can take an organization to new heights but it needs to be managed correctly.

I am the father of 4 wonderful children ages 25, 22, 20 and 18 and my faith is the driving force in my life and business. If I can help answer any questions you have please message me and I will do my best to point you in the right direction.

With more than 20 years of experience in managing and supporting information technology and systems in the wholesale, manufacturing and retail industries, I have extensive experience that encompasses managed services, technical support, and network implementations including LAN, WAN, wireless, server virtualization, datacenter and private cloud migration, disaster recovery, and data backup/restore solutions.

Hi there, my name is Jaime Moncloa and I am the Service Delivery Manager for Michell Consulting.

I started my I.T career as a Service Coordinator and subsequently took on many roles including Procurement, Project management and Level 1 Technician on my way to becoming a full fledged Service Manager. I was fortunate to have been introduced to the Michell Consulting team and have been part of the Team for the past 5 months. I truly believe that bringing my talent and previous management and operations experience was the absolute best choice as Michell Consulting is the IT provider of the future.

Blaine Somerville was born and raised in Seattle, WA. He attended Santa Clara University in the Silicon Valley area of California. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in MIS. After college, he joined the Peace Corps and served a two-year mission in the Dominican Republic helping a local chapter of the Red Cross near the border with Haiti. Blaine has lived in Miami since 2004. He is married with an 8 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son.

Blaine has been working in the South Florida area as a technology sales professional for almost 15 years. His most recent positions have had him focused on providing managed IT support solutions to local small and medium-sized businesses.
