Resolution & followup
Once completed, we will continue to provide support whenever you need it. We guarantee a response time of less than one hour. We’ll also provide a monthly report that includes the following:
- The number of support tickets that were opened and completed
- The time each support ticket took
- The number of workstations lacking security patches
We’ll also ask that you rate our service. If you’re not satisfied at any time or you give us anything less than a smiley face, we’ll call you to fix the problem.
