What are SAP Business One hardware requirements?
On-Premise System Requirements
If you may not have a constant internet connection, recently updated your infrastructure, or just like having your databases physically in your HQ, on-premise is a good option. However, Business One capabilities will be relative to the hardware capabilities of your servers.
Minimum Requirements:
Server Software Platform - Business One SAP, if you are using an MS SQL database, requires Windows Server 012 R2, 64 Bit. Note: Business One SAP only supports 64 Bit server software; there are no 32 Bit options.
Users Computers: Users must be using Windows 10-11 only; older versions of Windows are not supported. Again, no 32 Bit Operating System is compatible fo risers.
Database Software Requirements: Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or newer (64 Bit) is required to run Business One ERP.
Office Applications - Microsoft Office must be 2016 or newer to be usable in the Business One SAP system.
Web Browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari are all supported browsers if they are current versions.
Hardware for On-Premise Implementation:
Servers - Should have at least an Intel Xeon E3 processor or equivalent to meet minimum processing requirements. While the minimum RAM is 4 GB, it is recommended for best performance to use 16-32 GB.
The hard drive space required is 32GB for the system and a second partition for data of a minimum of 10GB.
