“Local support and 24/7 access to IT management is invaluable. MCG excels in this area. “First and foremost, we were having a ton of service and support issues with our previous IT provider. We couldn’t get anything fixed, modified or developed. We had to constantly work around the deficiencies, bugs and errors that we were experiencing with our previous business management software.
