Ricardo Michell was here that same morning…

“Our main warehouse offices burnt down along with the entire computer system. Ricardo Michell was here that same morning problem solving with staff and installing new hardware in an adjacent warehouse that allowed us not to have to close our business. Medina Baking Products is grateful to the entire team at MCG and look forward to doing business with them for many more years.”

– Robert Martin, President l Medina Baking & Powder Products

Professional and customer centered

“We knew we had to change our old system. We also knew that choosing the wrong partner would be a costly and time consuming affair. The people at Michell Consulting Group held our hand through the entire process, from the migration and conversion of the data all the way to closing out the first month on the new system. From beginning to end, they covered all the bases. That’s what I call professionalism and customer centered.”

– John Grable Exports | Fort. Lauderdale, Fl.

A true business partner…

“We are proud to say we have a true business partner in Michell Group for over 12 years. The recent conversion from legacy software to Infor FACTS went extremely smooth. Their staff is very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the process, while making significant recommendations to improve the efficiency and integrity of our entire operations. I would recommend Michell Consulting Group for any business wanting to increase their company’s performance. The investment will pay huge dividends over the long term.”

Able to double our revenue…

“With MCG and SAP Business One we were able to double our revenue Integrating the company’s processes using one solution provided both visibility and transparency to the users and management. As a result, SeaDream was able to gain centralized access and insight into all customer information by improving communications between marketing, sales, service and customers. SAP Business One has given us the ability to produce accurate and timely billing. In addition, the flexible reporting capabilities of the software have allowed us to formulate reports that are unique to our business, and therefore, prepare us for the growth we have projected.”

– SeaDream Yacht Club | Miami, Fl

Exceptional service and support…

“Nowadays organizations make most of their decisions based on the financial costs associated with projects. They lose sight of the importance of the relationship that needs to develop between the parties involved to ensure the successful implementation of those projects. I am glad to say that we have been customers of Michel Consulting Group for many years and have always had exceptional service and support from them. That support was never more important than on October 6, 2014. Our main warehouse offices burnt down along with the entire computer system. Ricardo Michell was here that same morning problem solving with staff and installing new hardware in an adjacent warehouse that allowed us not to have to close our business. Medina Baking Products is grateful to the entire team at MCG and look forward to doing business with them for many more years.”

– Robert Martin | Medina Baking & Powder Products | Miami, Fl.

Helping our company adjust in changing times!

“Helping our Company adjust in changing times! We at Complete Framer’s Supply are fortunate to have Michell Consulting and their team on “our team”! As we continue to grow and change the way we do business and ensure profitability for CFS we depend on Michell Consulting to make suggestions and implement changes we request. Very recently Sissy Esquivel (who handles all of our programming changes) was able to create a complex program within a program for CFS. Working on our old Compass Platform is not easy, but due to the myriad of customizations we have done, we are happy staying on Compass. Stability counts for a lot when you are making your customers and employees happy! In my opinion and after using this platform for 16 years, Sissy is the best we have ever encountered! Sissy’s intuition and ability to understand the “mission” are unparalleled in my experience with Compass! When we are thinking “no; that will never work” Sissy has always been able to work through and complete what it takes to get us to exactly where we want to be! Thank you Sissy and everyone at Michell for your good service and caring. We depend on you and we’re glad you are there for us!”

MCG excels

“Local support and 24/7 access to IT management is invaluable. MCG excels in this area. “First and foremost, we were having a ton of service and support issues with our previous IT provider. We couldn’t get anything fixed, modified or developed. We had to constantly work around the deficiencies, bugs and errors that we were experiencing with our previous business management software. It meant having to do things more than once or twice in order to get the result we needed to satisfy our customer’s requirements. Prior to working with Michell Consulting Group and SAP, we were using a semi-customized solution which was developed by a New Jersey company from which we should have received the necessary support for the software. Unfortunately it became very difficult to get the necessary support for which reason we decided to explore other options. From the moment we decided to go with MCG, they have been outstanding at recognizing our needs and ways to implement necessary changes. From the initial data conversion through the go-live process, MCG what on top of its game. Within a month of going live we were all working seamlessly with SAP. After a few months, we began the process of improving SAP based on our needs, and MCG was instrumental in recommending the appropriate add-ons to get the results we were looking for. Local support and 24/7 access to IT management is invaluable. MCG excels in this area. Absolutely. No doubt in my mind that MCG can help anyone looking to make a change in the IT arena.”
